Submitting an application does not guarantee vendor placement. We review applications based on the event, available space, vendor category, and the overall experience we're creating for attendees. If you're not selected for one event, we'll keep your information on file and may reach back out when another opportunity comes up that feels like a better fit.

Applications are reviewed based on event fit, vendor category, available space, and the overall experience we're creating for attendees.

If you are selected, you will receive a vendor selection email and vendor fee invoice with the next steps.

Your vendor spot is not officially secured until you have:

• Been selected for the event;

• Paid your vendor invoice; and

• Signed the required vendor agreement/form.

If you are not selected for the event you applied for, don't take it personally! We'll keep your information on file and may reach back out when another event or vendor opportunity comes up that feels like a better fit for your business.

Completing this application does not create a vendor agreement, guarantee participation, or reserve a vendor space.
